  This next summer I will be interning at AgStar Financial 
  Services. I will be working in crop insurance in Northfield,
  MN. I earned my internship by thorough preparation over
  the last summer which involved resume critiques and mock
  interviews at the Career Center. This preparation
  culminated with last fall’s St. Paul Campus Job and
  Internship fair, where I introduced myself to the AgStar
  recruiters and began the consideration process. As a Career
  Leader I believe that I have been able to enhance my
  interviewing skills and my general understanding of
  internship and job searches. I also feel that I now have
  realistic expectations of the current job market and I feel
  well prepared to evaluate and negotiate future internship
  and job offers.
