  Throughout the past year I have been working as a Career
  Leader and have gained a wealth of knowledge about
  career development. I came into the program with little
  job experience and no awareness of many aspects that
  come into play in the "real world". Most people see the
  program and think that it solely involves helping the
  Career Center with tasks. I must say that it is so much
  more than this and really has been a great help to me in
  many areas. Some of these have included building a
  solid resume, writing cover letters, developing a
  portfolio featuring my experiences and skills and tips for
  increasing my interviewing skills. In this coming
  September I will be starting my career at Target as a Business Analyst. I strongly believe without this valuable experience as a Career Leader I would not have this job and I may still be looking for employment after graduation. I strongly recommend this program to any undergraduate student who wants to experience a lot of growth and knowledge in career development.
