Please describe your job:
I work as an Information and Referral Specialist for Greater United Way 211. I provide resources and information to professionals, individuals, and families over the phone. My daily tasks consist of providing referrals to callers on the phone and assisting with additional tasks.

What from your undergraduate educational experience was most helpful in preparing you for this career?
I would have to say the classes that I took on Family Diversity and Family Law were very beneficial in preparing me for this position.

What advice do you have for current students?
A great internship and a lot of volunteer work will definitely help you land a good position after graduation.
